The
NOA
is the trade association dedicated to developing and
promoting best practice in all aspects of outsourcing.
The NOA is a not for profit organisation. The NOA
communicates the significant benefits and strategic
lessons of outsourcing to a wider audience through
information dissemination, seminars, events, conferences
and publications as well as the NOA Best Practices
Toolkit.
The EOA
members are UK and overseas companies who have
outsourced (or planning to outsource), suppliers
to the outsourcing industry as well as
legal/consultancy/service companies which support the
industry. |

The European Outsourcing Association (EOA) is the
pan-European sister organisation to the NOA. Presently,
Germany and France has its own national European
Chapters. However, significant interest is shown from
Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Hungary to start new
European Chapters. Even New Zealand and Canada shows interest to
start its own chapters. |

The Outsourcing

The oragnisers presented an impressive line of
speakers from various industries, legal as well as
outsourcing experts, covering a wide range of topics
during the two day event. Speakers from London
Economics, AVIS Europe, NOKIA, Lloyds TSB, Metropolitan
Police, Gartner Consulting, Avaya, United Utilities, P &
O Nedloyd and others offered their experience, research
results and best practices to the 100 plus audience. The
refreshment and lunch breaks provided excellent
opportunities for networking. |
