Submit, update/modify company profile?

 

Important! We accept company profiles only from BPO and ITO service providers AND exclusively from countries we support! All company profiles are reviewed and authorised by one of our staff members. In order to speed up authorisation please notify us at euroitx@euroitx.com. We regularly scan the company profile database. If we find duplicate company profiles we only keep the latest ones. If you have forgotten your user name/password send an e-mail to euroitx@euroitx.com.

Submit a company profile:

1. Register with EuroITX.com (Register)

2. After registration log-in (Login)

3. On the top-right menu you will find options to register your company as a BPO or ITO service provider

Update/modify company profile

1. Log-in at EuroITX.com (top-right menu: Login)

3. On the top-right menu select the update company profile option

Q: What is the Access Level?

  In EuroITX.com the Access Level determines what contents can be viewed by which users. Example: At the time of registration all users get their Default Access Level. Let's say it is Level 3. After logging in the user can view any content which was classified by us as Access Level 3 or lower.

Q: How can I upgrade my access level?

  Simply send an e-mail to intelligence@euroitx.com requesting Access Level upgrade. Provide as many details as you feel appropriate in order to have your Access Level Upgrade granted. See bellow.

Q: How do we grant Access Level upgrade?

  We support and promote a number of countries and ICT suppliers from those countries. On the buyer side we focus on European buyers of off-shore ICT outsourcing services. You can read more about our partners in the "About Us" and "Country Watch" sections. We grant higher or lower Access Levels on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What is AS?

  AS stands for Assessed (and NAS = Not Assessed). All of our selected partner companies have been assessed regularly. The assessment has various components; structured interviews on the field, self-assessment and assessment by our consultant. The AS value is a composite of the self-assessment and the consultant's assessment. This value is between 0 - 5 (the higher the number the higher the company's outsourcing potential). For our specific needs we have developed our own assessment grid to evaluate the companies' offshore outsourcing potential objectively.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from the e-newsletter?

 

If you are a registered user (you have a User Name and a Password) go to your profile and un-check the E-newsletter subscription box.

  If you are not a subscriber but your e-mail address is on our mailing list please send an e-mail with the subject "Unsubscribe" to: subscription@euroitx.com and your e-mail address will be removed.

Q: I want to delete my company profile. How can I do that?

  We remove Company Information from our database for your request only. Please, send an e-mail requesting the removal of the Company information to: sd@euroitx.com indicating your COMPANY NAME, your USER NAME and COUNTRY of origin.

Q: Why can't I register my company profile?

  As a policy we accept company profiles only from countries we support. If you are not from one of these countries you can still register your company profile but it will not show up on search results as we check and authorize all submitted company profiles manually. Read more
